Abstract
This study investigated factors that influence the learners’ intentions to continue using e-learning designed for learning assistant tool based on the expectation confirmation model, the technology acceptance model, the theory of planned behavior, and the flow theory. In this study, variables from these model and theories were chosen as important predictors of e-learning acceptance. And then, this study verified the effects of confirmation, perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, perceived enjoyment, concentration, satisfaction, attitude, subjective norm, and perceived behavior control on the adoption and continuance intention of e-learning system. To pursue the purpose of this study, data were collected from students who were taking the e-learning courses such as named ‘EDUCLASS’ used in B university located in the metropolitan area. The total of 236 questionnaires was analyzed using the structural equation modeling method. From the results of this study, we found the relationships between, 1) satisfaction and continuance behavior intention, 2) perceived usefulness and continuance behavior intention, 3) perceived enjoyment, subjective norm, perceived behavior control and continuance behavior intention. Based on the results of the study, theoretical and practical implications for e-learning system are being discussed.
