기초학력 지도․지원을 위한 협력수업 설계 및 지원단계 모형 개발

본 연구는 최근 강조되고 있는 기초학력 지도․지원을 위한 협력수업 설계 모형과 설계원리, 지원단계 모형과 지원단계 내용을 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 설계․개발 연구방법 및 절차에 따라 문헌 분석, 설문조사를 실시하였고, 이를 통해 모형 개발에 필요한 시사점과 개발 방향을 도출하여 협력수업 설계 모형과 설계원리, 협력수업 지원단계 모형 및 지원단계 내용의 초안을 개발하였다. 개발된 모형과 설계원리 및 지원단계 내용에 대해 32명의 전문가 타당도 검증을 2차례 실시하였고, 32명의 전문가 의견을 반영하여 최종적인 협력수업 설계 모형과 설계원리, 지원단계 모형과 지원단계 내용을 개발하였다. 연구결과 기초학력 지도․지원을 위한 협력수업 설계 모형은 수업설계 요소를 5단계(분석-설계-개발-실행-평가)로 구성하였으며, 13가지 단계별 주요 수업설계원리를 도출하였다. 기초학력 지도․지원을 위한 지원단계 모형은 수업의 실행단계에서 학습지원대상학생의 특성과 수준을 고려하여 협력교사와 담임교사의 개입정도와 개별화 맞춤형 지도를 단계적으로 실행하는 모형으로 Tier 1(수업 내 관찰/진단), Tier 2(수업내 개별지도․지원), Tier 3(수업 외 집중지도․지원)의 3단계로 구성하였으며, 단계별 주요 교수전략 및 내용을 도출하였다. 본 연구는 담임교사와 협력교사가 기초학력 지도․지원을 위한 학습지원대상학생의 특성과 수준을 고려하여 협력수업을 설계하고 실행하는 데 있어 실질적인 안내서로서의 역할과 기능을 구체적으로 제시하였다는 점과 기초학력 지도․지원을 위한 실질적인 교수학습 모형 개발에 있어서 이론적 근거를 제시한다는 점에서 의의가 있다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to develop and validate models for co-teaching instructional design and basic education guidance. In this study, a literature review and survey were conducted according to design and development research methods and procedures, and models were developed through expert validation. Based on this newly established notion of basic academic skills and the result from the survey, we specified the definitions and development of a structural co-teaching instruction design model and a guidance model to support basic education. The validity of the initial models and design principles were verified twice by 32 experts, and the final draft of the models and design principles were developed by reflecting the opinions of 32 experts. The result was an instructional design model with five steps (analysis-design-development-implementation-evaluation) and 13 design principles and a co-teaching guidance model with three steps (Tier 1, Tier 2, Tier 3) and three guidelines. The co-teaching interfactional model to support students with a lack of basic academic skills described how to design co-teaching instruction. The co-teaching guidance model for basic education explained the strategy of implementing the degree of intervention and customized guidance of instructors in consideration of the learners’ characteristics and the level of students’ basic academic skills. Implications for future research are provided.
