북한 인권 논의의 현황과 전망

Abstract

The serious situation of North Korean human rights has been widely known to South Korea and international society since 1995. The food shortages of North Korea and the refugees from North Korea began to be known widely from that time. The interest in the situation of North Korean human rights is strengthened by the information of the big tragedy of the mass death from hunger in North Korea, many of whom were the old and children, and the sever situation of the refugees from North Korea in china. But in our civil society are there still sever conflicts on the problem of North Korean human rights because of the lack of the informations about North Korea and the politically delicate character of that problem. It is needed for us above of all to try to know objectively and exactly the situation of North Korean human rights and to find rational ways for practically improving the situation of North Korean human rights. Considering these situations, this thesis examines the real situation of North Korean human rights briefly(1), overviews international discourses on the problem of North Korean human rights, domestic discourses and various positions on it(2), examines and criticizes the logic of North Korean refutation to outside criticism(3), and finally forecasts the prospects of the problem of North Korean human rights(4).
