기업영재 종단연구의 이론적 제안 및 고찰

초록

국가 경제의 성장 및 발전에 있어 파괴적 잠재력을 가진 기업영재에 대한 연구는 무엇보다 중요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 기업영재 종단연구의 목적과 방향성을 확립하고 적절한 연구 문제를 도출하기 위한 기본적인 이론적 고찰을 수행하는 것이다. 이를 위해 기업영재 종단연구와 관련된 기초 분야 및 선행 연구들에 대한 이론적 탐색을 실시하였다. 그 결과 기업영재 종단연구의 적합한 연구 방향으로서, ‘기업영재의 발달적 특성 규명을 통한 기업가의 육성 가능성 검증’이라는 궁극적 목적이 도출되었다. 또한 기업영재의 특성 및 본질에 대한 기술, 기업영재에 대한 교육 프로그램 및 정서적 지원에 대한 효과성 검증, 기업영재의 향후 성취를 예언하는 변인의 확인, 그리고 제도 및 정책적 개선을 위한 시사점 도출이라는 네 가지 연구문제가 제안되었다. 논의에서는 기업영재 및 창의 인재 개발에 대한 함의와 제한점 및 향후 연구 방향을 제시하였다.

Abstract

Research on entrepreneurial gifted youth who have immense potential within the nationaleconomy in the near future is critical. The purpose of this article is to establish the propergoal and direction of longitudinal study on entrepreneurial gifted youth and to identifysubstantial research problems. In order to do a theoretical inspection around preceedingresearch related with the field, longitudinal study of entrepreneurial youth (including giftededucation and entrepreneurship) was executed. As a result, the goal, 'the verification of whetherentrepreneurs can be cultivated by educational interventions' was derived as an appropriateresearch direction. Also, 4 major research problems are presented: (1) Description of thefeatures of entrepreneurial gifted youth and their developmental pattern, (2) Explanation ofthe effects of educational intervention on intensifying entrepreneurial giftedness, (3) Predictionwhich identifies the factors that influence the youths’ success as eminent entrepreneurs, and(4) Control over promoting talented individuals and refining relevant policy and institutions. Implications and further research directions are also discussed.
