서울시 공유촉진사업비 지원사업의 효과성 평가: 공유단체 및 기업의 생존을 중심으로

공유경제가 새로운 경제활동의 패러다임을 제시하며 세계의 관심을 얻기 시작하고, 점차 많은 사람들이 공유경제에 참여하게 되면서 그 중요성이 대두되고 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서울시에서 운영하고 있는 공유촉진사업비 지원사업의 효과성을 평가하였다. 도구변수 프로빗 모형으로 단체 및 기업의 생존에 영향을 미치는 요인을 추정한 결과 공유촉진사업비 지원금액이 증가할수록 기업의 생존확률 또한 증가하는 것을 발견하였다. 서울시에서 민간주도형 공유경제를 목표로 정책을 시행하고 있는 만큼 이는 정책 목표에 부합하는 결과로 해석할 수 있다.
Abstract
The importance of the sharing economy is growing as more people participate in the sharing economy in the world. This study evaluated the sharing enterprises support program of the Seoul Metropolitan Government. This is the first study conducted in Korea which tries to do empirical research about the government policy for the promotion of sharing economy. The instrumental variable probit model estimation result showed that this program helps the survival of sharing enterprises. Therefore, we can assess that the goal of the program has been successfully achieved.
