연구 목적: 이 연구는 고등학생들의 진로상담 과정을 통하여 진로 가치관과 진로 결정 방해요인을 알아보고, 합리적 진로 결정 과정을 탐색한다. 연구 방법: 의도적 표집 방법을 통해 선정한 고등학교 2학년 학생들을 대상으로 총 6회기, 12시간의 진로상담 과정으로 사례연구 방법을 적용해 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 진로 미결정자 고등학생들이 진로상담 과정을 참여하여 현재 자신의 진로 상황에 대하여 인식하고 자기 탐색을 하며 진로 미결정 요인을 알아보고 자기분석을 해본다. 이와 더불어 진로 탐색을 통해 진로를 결정하는 변화를 경험하였다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구는 2학년 고등학생들의 진로 가치관 탐색과 진로 결정 방해요인을 분석하였고, 진로를 결정하지 못했던 과정을 고찰하며 합리적으로 진로를 선택하는 방법을 스스로 모색해 볼 수 있었다. 후속 연구로는 고등학생 학년별 진로 사례연구를 제언하였다.
Abstract
This study explores career values, obstacles to career decision-making through career counseling for high school students, and explores the rational career decision process. A total of 6 sessions, 12 hours of career counseling were conducted for sophomore high school students through the intentional sampling method. The content of this thesis is that high school students who are undecided about their career experience career change through recognition of their career situation, self-exploration, career indecision factors, and self-analysis. This study analyzed career values exploration and obstacles in career decision-making of sophomore high school students, and was able to find ways to rationally choose a career by examining the process of not being able to decide on a career path. As a follow-up study, a career case study for each grade of high school students was suggested.
