약물중독상담 통합적 이론 사례개념화 모델에 관한 고찰

연구 목적: 본 연구는 약물중독상담에서 통합적 이론 사례개념화의 필요성과 그 대안을 제시하는 것이다. 연구방법: 연구방법은 약물중독상담 사례개념화에서 대표적으로 사용되는 상담이론들과 관점을 검토하고 단일이론으로 약물중독사례를 사례개념화 하는 것의 강점과 한계를 비교 및 분석하였다. 또한 통합적 관점에서 약물중독문제를 사례개념화 하는 것의 필요성을 문헌 검토하였다. 연구내용: 본 연구는 약물중독상담 사례개념화에 있어서 약물중독 주요 이론인 인지 행동적 관점을 중심으로 신경생리, 대상관계이론을 절충한 통합적 이론 사례개념화 모델을 제안하였다. 결론 및 제언: 약물중독상담에 있어서 중독이라는 현상의 다양한 병인론과 여러 가지 내담자의 심리적 특성을 고려해야 하기 때문에 약물중독상담에서의 통합적 이론 사례개념화 모델의 필요성과 유용성, 그리고 앞으로의 활용 방향 및 추후 연구 방향에 대해서 제안하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to suggest the necessity of the integrative theory case conceptualization and an alternative in substance addiction counseling. The study reviewed representative counseling theories and perspectives which applied to case conceptualization in substance addiction counseling, and also analyzed limitations of using a single theory and perspective in case conceptualization. Also, the study reviewed the literature in terms of necessity of integrated theory on case conceptualization in addiction counseling. Thus, as an alternative to these issues, the study proposed an integrated theory case conceptualization model that compromised with a neurophysiology, cognitive behavioral therapy, and object relations theory. Considering various causes of addiction and the variety of psychological characteristics of clients, the study discussed the usefulness of the model in substance addiction counseling and directions of future research.
