연구 목적: 이 연구는 교회의 사회봉사가 지닌 법윤리적 함의를 밝히는 것을 목표로 하고 있다. 연구 방법: 교회의 사회봉사는 구원에 대한 감사를 표현하는 이웃 사랑의 행위이다. 그 지속적인 실천을 촉진하기 위해 신학적 당위성과 함께 이것이 가진 사회적 영향력을 논증하였다. 연구 내용: 사회봉사는 빈곤층의 역량 강화와 직업 활동을 도움으로써 사회정의의 실현에 기여한다. 그리고 이와 관련된 법의 개선에도 영향을 미쳐 정의로운 사회의 형성을 촉진한다. 특히 사회봉사는 돌봄, 의료와 관련된 법률이 지닌 한계를 보여주고, 개선 방향을 제시해주는 역할을 한다. 결론 및 제언: 이러한 법윤리적 함의에 대한 인식은 사회봉사의 증진과 법의 변화를 가져오고, 좀 더 정의로운 사회의 형성에 공헌하게 될 것이다.
Abstract
This study aims to clarify the legal ethical implications of the social service of the Protestant Church. It is the concrete form of charity based on gratitude for the liberation from sin. Its sustainable implementation is necessary, for which not only the theological foundations but also the social effects should be discussed. The practice of social service enables the empowerment of the poor and their participation in working life, which influences the realization of social justice. In addition, through the church’s action to help, the limits of positive law, which must enable the institutional guarantee of care and the health system, and impulses for its improvement, can be perceived. These legal ethical considerations could contribute to enabling social services and legal reforms, which would lead to the realization of a more just society.
