研究目的: 本研究梳理韩国语言政策演变史并考察现行语言政策，总结韩国语言政策的特点及启示。研究方法: 本研究主要采用文献分析法。研究内容: 首先梳理了韩国语言政策发展的历程。其次从语言资源与语言信息化、通用语言共同体、语言多样化、语言国际化、韩文文化国际化等视角分析了韩国现行语言政策主要内容。最后总结了韩国语言政策的特点以及启示。结论及建议: 重视语言政策稳定性与连续性；关注语言政策主体和客体；突显语言政策多样性；制定以需求者为中心的语言政策；实施多语环境下语言政策，更多关注语言文化保护。
Abstract
In recent years, Korean language policy focuses on language informatization, promotion of Korean language in the world and language protection, and the content of Korean language policy has become richer and more perfect. Firstly, this paper combs the history of policy development in Korean. and this paper discusses the current changes of Korean language policy. Generally speaking, the current Korean language policy is based on the existing Korean language policy and work. It not only retains the characteristics of execution, balance and scientific planning, but also abandons the policy and planning that is not conducive to the development of Korean language. Finally, it summarizes the characteristics and enlightenment of Korean Language Policy. The research on Korean language policy can help us to pay attention to the success of Korean Language Policy.
