연구 목적: 본 연구는 다문화가정 아동의 그릿에 미치는 부모애착을 확인하고 주요 변수 간에 자아존중감과 진로성숙도의 조절효과를 검증하는데 그 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 본 연구는 J도에 거주하고 있는 초등학교 4, 5, 6학년과 중학교에 재학 중인 다문화가정 아동 250명을 최종 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 첫째, 다문화가정 아동의 부모애착이 그릿에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 다문화가정 아동의 부모애착과 그릿의 영향 관계에서 자아존중감과 진로성숙도 모두 부모애착과의 상호작용을 통해 그릿에 영향을 미쳐 조절작용을 하는 것으로 분석되었다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구결과를 통해 다문화가정 아동의 그릿에 부모애착의 주요한 영향이 있음이 확인되었고, 부모애착의 그릿에 미치는 영향은 자아존중감과 진로성숙도의 상호작용을 통해 형성되고 있음을 시사해준다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to confirm parental attachment to the grit of children from multicultural families. This study finally analyzed 250 children from multicultural families in the 4th, 5th, and 6th grades of elementary school and middle school residing in J-do. The finding from this study were as follows. First, it was confirmed that parental attachment to children from multicultural families had a positive effect on grit. Second, it was analyzed that both self-esteem and career maturity affect grit through interaction with parent attachment in the relationship. The findings of this study confirm the major impact of parental attachment on the grit of children from multicultural families and suggest that the impact of parental attachment on grit is formed through the interaction between self-esteem and career maturity.
