연구 목적: 본 연구는 음악치료가 경계선 지능 아동의 주의집중력 향상 및 과잉행동 감소에 효과가 있는지 살펴보고자 한다. 연구 방법: 경계선 지능 아동의 주의집중력 향상 및 과잉행동 감소를 위한 음악치료를 매주 2회 50분씩 총 12회기 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 1회기 전과 12회기 이후에 경계선 지능 아동의 K-ARS를 실시하여 주의집중력과 과잉행동 점수를 비교분석을 하였으며, 1회기와 12회기의 행동을 비디오로 관찰하였다. 결론 및 제언: 연구 결과, 음악치료가 경계선 지능 아동의 주의집중력이 향상과 과잉행동 감소에 효과적임을 알 수 있다. 향후 경계선 지능 아동에 주의집중력 및 과잉행동 감소를 위한 음악치료 프로그램 개발 등 치료교육 현장에 필요한 부분에 대한 지속적인 연구를 계속해 나가야 할 것이다.
Abstract
This study aims to examine whether music therapy is effective in improving attention concentration and reducing hyperactivity of borderline intellectual children. To this end, a total of 12 music treatments were performed twice a week for 50 minutes to improve attention concentration and reduce hyperactivity. K-ARS was conducted before and after the first and the 12th sessions to compare and analyze the attention concentration and hyperactivity scores, and the actions of the first and 12th sessions were observed through video. As a result of the study, it can be seen that music therapy is effective in improving attention concentration and reducing hyperactivity of borderline intellectual children. In the future, it is necessary to continue research on areas necessary for treatment education, such as the development of music therapy programs to reduce attention and hyperactivity for borderline intellectual children.
