연구 목적: 본 연구는 대학생의 진로 스트레스를 정신분석적으로 이해하는 데에 목적이 있다. 연구 방법: 수도권 소재 대학생에게 빗속의 사람 그림 검사를 집단으로 실시하여 최종 71명의 통계자료 결과를 정신분석적으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과: 대학생 1학년 과반수 이상이 진로 스트레스를 보고하였으며 학년이 올라갈수록 높아졌으나, 스트레스에 적절하게 보호하지 못하고 방어적이며 잠재적인 스트레스가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 진로 스트레스 대학생의 질적 에너지 수준은 높으나 대처 능력에서는 차이가 없는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 결론적으로 본 연구에서 진로 스트레스가 있는 대학생은 코로나-19 이후 불확실한 현실에서 초기 성인기 분리-개별화 과정에서 심리적 혼란과 불안을 경험하고 있음을 볼 수 있으며, 건강한 성인기를 위하여 정신 내적 수준에 따른 개별적 발달 단계 이해와 진로와 취업의 숙달감을 위한 사회적 관심이 필요함을 알 수 있었다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to understand the career stress of university students from a psychoanalytic perspective. A PITR (person in the rain test) was administered to them in the metropolitan area as a group, and the statistical data of the final 71 people were analyzed psychoanalytically. More than half of the first graders reported career stress and it increased as the grade went up, but it was found that they were not properly protected from stress and had defensive and potential stress. In conclusion, this study shows that university students with career stress are experiencing psychological confusion and anxiety in the early adult separation-individualization process after COVID-19, and social interest is needed for understanding individual development stages according to mental level and mastery for healthy adulthood.
