장애인 다문화가족의 사회복지 욕구에 관한 사례 고찰

연구 목적: 이 연구는 다양한 장애인 다문화가족 사례의 사회복지 욕구를 심층적으로 파악하는 데 있다. 연구 방법: 대전 및 충남 지역의 시각장애의 한국인 남편과 지체장애의 결혼이민여성, 시각장애인 활동지원사, 가족센터장을 일대일 심층면담 후 질적방법의 사례연구로 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 연구 결과, 장애인 다문화가족의 어려움은 경제, 가족과 한국사회의 적응, 자녀 교육과 양육 등의 어려움 이외에도 다문화가족으로서의 독특성과 강점도 공존하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론 및 제언: 장애인다문화 가족을 위한 제도적 지원 근거 마련과 함께 통합지원의 사례관리와 서비스 전달체계 개발, 장애인다문화 가족과 각 구성원을 위한 맞춤형 서비스가 제공되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
This study aimed to investigate various cases of multicultural families with disabilities social and their social needs. A in-depth interviews with a total of 4 participants including a director of Family Support Center, a Korean husband with visual impairment and a support worker, and a immigrant woman with physical disabilities were conducted. Difficulties of these families were found to coexist with various uniqueness and strengths as families and multicultural families with disabilities, in addition to difficulties in economics, adaptation, education and raising children. Along with preparation of legal grounds for support for these families, development of a service delivery system at the level of integrated support case management, customized services for multicultural families with disabilities should be provided.
