의대생의 도덕성 기반 유형과 COVID-19에 대한 태도와의 관계: 잠재프로파일 분석을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 잠재프로파일 분석을 통해 의대생의 도덕성 기반 유형을 분석하고, 유형별로 학년과 성별, 그리고 COVID-19에 대한 태도에는 특징적 차이가 있는지를 고찰하는 것이다. 이러한 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 의대생 618명을 대상으로 하여, 도덕성 기반 척도와 COVID-19에 대한 태도 설문을 실시하였다. 분석방법으로 잠재프로파일분석과 일원배치분산분석을 사용하였다. 그 결과 의대생의 도덕성 기반 유형은 ‘개별화 유형’, ‘결속 유형’, ‘높은 도덕주의자 유형’으로 나타났으며, 유형별로 학년과 COVID-19에 대한 태도에서 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구는 의대생의 도덕성 기반은 팬데믹 위기 상황에 대한 태도와 상관성이 있음을 밝혔다는 데 연구의 의의가 있다.
Abstract
This study is to analyze the moral foundation types of medical students, and to find out if there are differences in grade, gender, and attitudes toward COVID-19 by type. 618 students were surveyed on moral foundations questionnaire and their attitudes toward COVID-19. For analysis, latent profile analysis and ANOVA were used. As a result, the moral foundation type of students was the “Individualizing foundations”, “Binding foundations”, and “High Moralist.” There were differences in grade and attitudes toward COVID-19 by type. This study is meaningful in that it revealed the correlation between the moral foundations of students and their attitude toward COVID-19.
