이주노동자의 사회적지지와 삶의 만족에 관한 연구 -종교 요인의 매개효과를 중심으로-

초록

본 연구는 스리랑카 이주노동자의 사회적지지가 삶의 만족에 영향을 미치는 관계에서 종교요인의 매개효과를 검증하였다. C시의 스리랑카 이주노동자 106명의 설문응답 자료를 분석하였으며, 구조모형의 적합도와 빈도분석과 상관관계 분석을 실시하였고 구조모형 분석을 통해 경로분석과 종교의 내외적 요인의 매개효과를 확인하기 위해 부트스트랩 검증을 실시하였다. 분석결과 스리랑카 이주노동자의 사회적지지가 삶의 만족에서 종교변인은 유의미한 영향을 미쳤고, 매개효과를 보였다. 결론적으로 본 연구의 분석결과를 근거로 스리랑카 이주노동자의 삶의 만족을 향상시키기 위해 사회적 지지의 하위요인인 친구지지와 종교적 관계를 형성하도록 하는 것이 중요함을 시사하였고 연구의 한계점과 제언을 제시하였다.

Abstract

This study examines the mediating effect of religious factors in the relationship between the social support of Sri Lankan Immigrant workers and their life satisfaction. We analyzed the questionnaire response data of 106 Immigrant workers in Sri Lanka in city C, and conducted a correlation analysis, frequency analysis, and bootstrap verification was performed to confirm the mediating effect of internal and external factors of religion. As a result of the analysis, religious variables had a significant effect on the social support of Sri Lankan Immigrant workers in life satisfaction, and showed a mediating effect. In conclusion, based on the analysis results of this study, it was suggested that it is important to form a religious relationship with friends support, which are sub-factors of social support, in order to improve the life satisfaction of Sri Lankan Immigrant workers.
