연구 목적: 본 연구는 스리랑카 외국인 노동자의 사회적지지가 삶의 만족에 미치는 관계에서 개인적 차원의 자기효능감의 매개효과분석을 중심으로 분석하는데 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 방법: 스리랑카 노동자의 인구학적변인에 대한 기토통계분석과 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족도, 자기효능감와의 상관관계분석과, 자기효능감을 중심으로 매개효과분석을 실시하였다. 연구 내용: 본 연구는 사회적 지지와 관련한 사회적 측면의 요인이 삶의 만족에 미치는 국내외 선행연구를 바탕으로 본 연구 결과와의 어떤 차이가 있는지 확인하였고 시사점을 도출하였다. 결론 및 제언: 스리랑카 외국인노동자의 사회적지지가 삶의 만족에 미치는데 개인적 차원의 자기효능감은 삶의 만족도에서 완전매개효과를 보였다. 이에 외국인노동자에 대한 개인적 차원의 자기효능감 증진을 위한 정서적, 심리적지원이 필요하며 향후 정책 자료로 활용할 수 있다.
Abstract
Analyze the mediating effect of self-efficacy at the individual level in the relationship between social support and life satisfaction of foreign workers in Sri Lanka. A mediation effect analysis was conducted to analyze the effect of social support on the life satisfaction of foreign workers by the self-efficacy factor. Based on previous domestic and foreign studies on the effect of social factors related to social support on life satisfaction, this study identified any differences with the results of this study and drew implications. Social support of foreign workers in Sri Lanka affects life satisfaction, and self-efficacy at the individual showed a complete mediating effect on life satisfaction.
