본 연구에서는 코로나19 시대 대학생의 진로역량 강화를 위한 전략으로 진로멘토링을 실시하여 그 효과성을 검증하였다. 연구 참여 동의 의사를 밝힌 대학생을 실험집단에 17명과 통제집단에 16명을 무선배치하였다. 실험집단 참여자들에게 진로멘토링을 진행하였고 통제집단 참여자들에게는 아무런 처치를 하지 않았다. 자료분석은 SPSS 24를 활용한 독립표본 t 검증 결과, 첫째, 실험집단은 통제집단에 비해 진로역량이 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로역량의 세 하위요인별로 검증한 결과, 실험집단은 통제집단에 비해 성찰역량이 다소 증가하기는 하였으나 유의한 수준은 아니었으며, 커뮤니케이션역량과 행동역량은 유의하게 증가한 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 코로나19 시대에 대학생의 진로역량 강화를 위한 진로멘토링의 효과성을 검증하였다는 데 의의가 있다. 연구 결과를 활용하여 대학생의 진로역량 활성화 방안을 제안하였다.
Abstract
A career mentoring was implemented to reinforce the career competencies of college students in the era of COVID-19 and its effectiveness was verified. 17 college students who agreed to participate in the study were randomly assigned to the experimental group and 16 to the control group. Career mentoring was conducted for the experimental group, and no treatment was given to the control group. As a result of the independent sample t-test using SPSS 24, first, the experimental group showed a significant increase in career competency compared to the control group. Second, as a result of verifying for each of the three sub-factors, the experimental group's reflective ability slightly increased compared to the control group, but it was not significant. Communication and behavioral competency were significantly increased. This study is meaningful in that it verified the effectiveness of career mentoring to reinforce the career competency of college students in the era of COVID-19. Using the research results, a plan for activating career competencies of college students was proposed.
