연구 목적: 이 연구는 코로나-19 시기에 아시아 개발도상국 5개국인 라오스, 인도네시아, 필리핀, 캄보디아, 베트남의 교육의 지속성 확보를 위해 시행한 교육정보화 정책의 특징과 경향성을 살펴보고, 교육정보화 협력을 위한 함의를 도출하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법: 연구방법으로 5개국의 교육정보화 관계자 16명과의 면담을 실시 및 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 대상 국가들의 지리적 특징, 사회경제적 격차 등으로 인해 온라인 교육으로 전환이 원활하게 이루어지지 못하였다. 또한, 미래를 준비하는 교육정보화 정책을 추진하고 있었다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구는 아시아 개발도상국들과 교육분야에서 국제개발협력을 위한 기초자료를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 의의를 지닌다.
Abstract
The goal of this research is to examine the characteristics and trends of educational informatization policies implemented to ensure the sustainability of education in Asian developing countries and to draw implications for education development cooperation in Korea. We conducted the interviews with 16 people at five Asian developing countries including Laos, Indonesia, the Philippines, Cambodia, and Vietnam. As a result of the analysis, we found that online education did not proceed smoothly because of geographical characteristics and socioeconomic gaps in each country. Each country promoted educational informatization policies in preparation for the future. This research is important because it can give essential facts for international development cooperation in the field of education with Asian developing nations.
