초록

연구 목적: 본 연구는 부-자녀 간 거친신체놀이와 유아의 정서표현성의 관계에서 아버지의 긍정적 양육행동의 조절효과를 검증하는데 목적을 두었다. 연구 방법: 본 연구는 만3-5세 자녀를 둔 아버지 309명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 거친신체놀이, 유아의 정서표현성, 아버지의 양육행동 척도를 활용하였고 SPSS Process Macro의 모델 1을 활용하여 조절모형의 유의성과 단순기울기 검증을 하였다. 연구 내용: 첫째, 아버지의 긍정적 양육행동은 유아의 긍정적 정서표현성에 유의한 주효과를 나타낸 반면 상호작용 효과는 유의하지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 부-자녀 간 거친신체놀이와 아버지의 긍정적 양육태도의 상호작용효과는 유의하게 나타나 조절효과를 확인하였다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구 결과를 통해 유아는 아버지와 거친신체놀이를 하는 동안 재미있고 즐거운 감정을 바탕으로 자신의 부정적 정서를 놀이의 형태로 표출하는 것으로 예측되며 이때 아버지의 긍정적 양육행동이 중요한 요인임을 확인할 수 있었다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to verify the moderating effect of father’s positive parenting on the relationship between father-child Rough-and-Tumble Play (RTP) and children’s emotional expressivity. Data were collected through survey of 309 fathers with children aged 3 to 5 years responded to questionnaires regarding RTP style, parenting behavior and their children’s emotional expressivity. The data were analyzed using Model 1 of the SPSS Process Macro. First of the results of this study, the father’s positive parenting showed a significant main effect on the children’s positive emotional expressivity, while the interaction effect was not significant. Second, the RTP and the father’s positive parenting had an interaction effect on children’s negative emotional expressivity. Through the results of this study, children are predicted to expression their negative emotions in the form of play based on positive emotions during RTP and it was found that the positive parenting of the father was an important factor.
