연구 목적: 본 연구는 포토보이스를 활용하여 영유아 교육기관에서의 하루일과를 중심으로 놀이중심교육운영사례를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구 방법: 이를 위해 영유아 교육기관에 근무 중인 현직교사 5명을 연구참여자로 선정하였다. 연구방법은 포토보이스 연구절차 즉 준비단계, 조사단계, 분석단계, 공유단계의 4단계의 진행되었으며, 이를 통해 수집한 사진자료, 포커스 인터뷰 자료, 개별면담자료 등의 자료를 질적 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 본 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 영유아 교육기관의 하루일과 중에는 일상생활 놀이가 이루어지고 있었다. 둘째, 영유아 교육기관의 하루일과 중에는 준비된 놀이가 이루어지고 있었다. 셋째, 영유아 교육기관의 하루일과 중에는 자유로운 놀이가 이루어지고 있었다. 결론 및 제언: 본 연구결과는 영유아 교육현장에서 실행되고 있는 놀이중심교육 현장이해 및 기초자료 제공에 도움이 될 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine a case of operating the play-centered education using photovoice with the focus on daily routine in early childhood educational institution. To this end, the research participants were selected as 5 inservice teachers who are working at early childhood educational institution. A research method was advanced with the research procedure of photovoice, namely, 4 phases such as preparation stage, investigation stage, analysis stage, and sharing stage. The qualitative analysis was made on data such as photo materials, focus interview materials, and individual interview data that were collected through this. The results of this study are as follows. First, the everyday life play was being performed during the daily routine of the early childhood educational institution. Second, a ready game was being played during the daily work of the early childhood educational institution. Third, a free play was being made during the daily schedule of the early childhood educational institution. The results of this study are expected to be likely helpful for understanding the play-centered education setting, which is being implemented in the early childhood education site, and for providing basic data.
