연구 목적: 이 연구는 미래 의사의 도덕적이고 윤리적인 의사결정을 위한 교육을 위해 ‘범죄자 의사 면허 취소’ 디베이트 수업 후 학생들의 내러티브를 분석하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 연구 방법: 연구대상은 대구지역 의과대학 의예과 2학년 72명으로, 의료인문학 교육과정에 편성된 의료윤리 영역의 수업에 대한 내러티브를 분석하였다. ‘‘범죄자 의사 면허 취소’ 논쟁’의 주제 수업에서 디베이트 후 설문과 성찰일지를 분석하였다. 설문은 차이검증을 하였고, 성찰일지는 현상학적 방법으로 분석하였다. 연구 내용: 연구결과 ‘범죄자 의사 면허 취소’에 대해 남학생은 반대, 여학생은 찬성의견이 더 많았으며, 내러티브 분석에서 학생들은 의료윤리적인 측면, 공공성, 환자중심, 사회적 책무성 등의 생각을 알 수 있었다. 결론 및 제언: 의과대학에서 의료윤리 교육의 중요성은 매우 중요하며, 조기교육 역시 중요하므로, 의과대학에서는 지속성과 연속성 있는 체계적인 의료윤리 교육을 해야 할 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the students’ narratives after the ‘Criminal Physician License Cancellation’ debate class to educate future doctors for moral and ethical decision-making. The subjects of this study were 72 second-year premedical students at Daegu Medical College, and the narratives of classes in the field of medical ethics organized in the medical humanities curriculum were analyzed. In the subject class of ‘Controversy over revocation of a criminal’s medical license’, a questionnaire survey and reflection log after a debate were analyzed. The analysis of the questionnaire was performed with difference verification, and the analysis of the reflection diary was analyzed with the phenomenological method. As a result of the study, male students were more opposed and female students were more in favor, and in the narrative analysis of the revocation of the criminal’s medical license, students were able to know the thoughts of medical ethics, publicity, patient-centeredness, and social responsibility. The importance of medical ethics education in medical schools is very important, and early education is also important, so medical schools should provide systematic medical ethics education with continuity and continuity.
