본 연구는 간호장교들의 법의간호학적 증거물 관리에 대한 지식, 태도, 수행 정도를 파악하고 이들의 상관관계와 영향요인을 분석하여 향후 법의간호학적 증거물 관리에 대한 표준교육내용의 프로토콜과 도구개발을 위한 기초자료를 제공하기 위하여 실시되었다. 간호장교들의 법의간호학적 증거물 관리에 대한 지식은 전체 평균 100점 만점에서 57.87점, 태도는 전체 평균 5점 만점에서 3.31점, 수행은 3.98점으로 나타났으며 법의간호학적 증거물 관리에 대한 지식과 수행간의 관계는 지식과 태도, 태도와 수행간의 관계보다 낮은 것으로 확인되었다. 법의간호학적 증거물 관리에 대한 수행에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위하여 독립 변수로 일반적 특성과 지식, 태도를 회귀 분석한 결과 태도가 주요 영향 요인으로 나타났다. 연구결과 간호장교들의 법의간호학적 증거물 관리에 대한 지식, 태도 및 수행의 수준이 낮은 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 법의간호학적 증거물 관리에 대한 태도가 수행으로 이어지는 주요 영향요인으로 나타나 법의간호학 교육에 대한 중요성과 적극적이고 긍정적인 태도를 형성하기 위한 중재 프로토콜이 필요하며 이는 법의간호학적 증거물 관리 전략의 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것으로 사료된다.
Abstract
This study was to explore the level of knowledge, attitude, practice and the relationship between those of the evidence management on forensic nursing in nurse officers to emphasize importance of forensic nursing role on evidence management. The data were collected from developed questionnaires of convenience sample of 344 nurse officers who had a minimum of 6 months experience in the Army hospital. The level of knowledge of evidence management on forensic nursing, all the core data obtained 57.87 points on average out of 100. The level of attitude of that, all the core data obtained average 3.31 points. The level of practice of that, all the core data obtained 3.98 points on average out of 5 points. We found a significantly positive correlation among knowledge, attitude, and practice. Significant factors of the practice of that were attitude. Results indicate that the level of knowledge, attitude and practice of the evidence management on forensic nursing in nurse officers is low. Therefore, the evidence management education program is needed in military and healthcare environments.
