경찰의 법의고고학 기술 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인: 통합기술수용이론 모형을 중심으로

본 연구의 목적은 통합기술수용이론을 적용하여 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적 영향, 촉진조건, 직무만족, 직무성과가 경찰의 법의고고학 기술 수용의도에 미치는 영향 요인을 확인하고자 하였다. 구조방정식 모형을 활용하여 가설검증을 위해 국내 경찰청, 경찰서, 파출소, 지구대에 근무하는 경찰 217명을 대상 편의표본으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과 사회적영향(β=.87, p<.001)과 직무만족(β=.14, p=.01)이 법의고고학 기술 수용의도에 정적 영향을 미쳤으나 성과기대, 노력기대 촉진조건, 직무성과는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 성별, 연령, 경험은 법의고고학 수용의도에서 조절 효과가 나타나지 않았다. 따라서 경찰의 법의고고학 기술 수용의도를 높이기 위해 법의고고학에 대한 인식을 높일 수 있는 교육들을 제공하고, 경찰의 직무만족을 향상시키기 위한 조직적, 제도적 개선점을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This study aimed to identify the influencing factors of performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, job satisfaction, and job performance on the police's acceptance intention of forensic archaeology's techniques by applying the Unified theory of acceptance and use of technology model. A convenience sample of 217 police who worked in the National Police Agency, Police station, and Police substation in Korea was taken by a questionnaire survey to validate the developed model using the structural equation modeling technique. Social influence(β=.87, p<.001) and job satisfaction(β=.14, p=.01) were significant predictors on acceptance intentions of techniques in Forensic archaeology. However, performance expectancy, effort expectancy, facilitating conditions, and job performance were not significant in predicting acceptance intention in the present study. Sex, age, and experience did not play any role in creating the acceptance intention. According to the results of the study, social influence and job satisfaction affect the police acceptance intention of forensic archaeology. To increase the police's acceptance intention for forensic archaeology techniques, the results of this study suggested providing education to raise awareness of forensic archaeology and improving institutional and organizational arrangements to improve the job satisfaction of police members.
