본 연구는 각종 테러범죄에 대한 실태를 분석하고 이를 토대로 테러범죄에 대하여 사전에 대응방안을 마련함으로서, 테러범죄로 부터 안전을 확보하는 데 있다. 테러범죄는 과거와는 달리 현재에는 특정한 요인에서 일반인을 상대로 자행되고 있으며, 특정한 대상물에서 일반건물도 테러의 대상이 되고 있다. 따라서 이제는 테러범죄가 우리의 일상생활에서 일어날 수 있다는 인식이 무엇보다 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 테러범죄에 대하여 테러범죄가 발생하는 원인에 대하여 분석하였고, 테러조직에 대한 정보에서는 그동안 활동한 테러조직을 중심으로 서술 하였으며, 테러조직에 의하여 자행된 테러형태에서는 테러범죄에 대하여 지역별, 대상별, 형태별로 분석하고, 이러한 테러범죄에 대하여 테러용의자에 대한 차단 및 검거와 함께 테러행위자로 하여금 테러범죄를 근절시키기 위한 방안과 함께 적절한 대응을 검토하여 테러범죄의 원천적인 근절을 이루고자 하였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this research is for ensuring safety from terrorist crimes by preparing countermeasures for terrorist crimes in advance on the basis of these after analyzing the actual condition for various kinds of terrorist crimes. Terrorist crimes are being committed against the public at large compared with the past, even general buildings from specific objects are becoming terrorist targets. So, the awareness that terrorist crimes can happen also in our daily life now is all-important. So, this research analyzed the causes that terrorist crimes happen in the main causes of terrorist crimes, described focusing on the terrorist organizations that have acted all the while in the information for terrorist organizations, and analyzed terrorist crimes according to the regions, targets, types and explained the plans persuading terrorists into abandoning terrorist crimes and the sourceful eradication measures of terrorist crimes along with the interception and the arrest for terrorist suspects about how to cope with the terrorist crimes like these in the terrorist types committed by terrorist organizations.
