경찰청에서는 경찰공무원의 일반적 보직관리 법규인 경찰공무원임 용령의 운영에만 그치지 않고, 인사자기내신제, 부서장 추천제, 직위공 모제, 다면평가제 등 보직관리를 객관적으로 할 수 있는 제도를 도입 하여 운영하고 있는 실정이다. 따라서 경찰보직관리가 보다 투명하고 공정하게 운영되기 위해서는 현행 제도에 대한 문제점을 지속적으로 발굴하여 보완해야 될 것이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 현재 운영되고 있는 제도에 대해 살펴보고 이 를 문제점을 파악하여, 이를 기초로 하여 보다 효과적인 보직관리 운 영방안을 알아보는데 있다. 나아가 효과적인 제도를 마련하기 위한 심 층적인 연구가 계속 진행되어야 할 것이다.
Abstract
Position management is also an important and influential factor to control the effectiveness of work force and the morale of the members because of police administration. Position management of National Police Agency has a very Multi-System because it under the control of the Police Official Appointment Regulations and Personnel self rating system, Manager recommendation, Job posting system, Multi-source feedback. But it is difficult to carry out the reasonable position management in Korea society. So that police organization must have a countermeasure. As our new society requires and demands effective changes in position management of the police organization.
