노인은 사회적 약자로서 국가와 지역사회로부터 보호를 정당한 보호를 받아야 하는 것은 복지사회로 나아가고자 하는 복지정책의 큰 관심영역이 아닐 수 없으며, 더구나 한국사회는 예로부터 동방예의지국이라 하여 웃어른을 공경하고 부모에게 효도하는 것을 가장 중요한 덕목으로 생각하여 왔다. 그러므로 노인을 범죄로부터 보호하여 안전한 노후를 보낼 수 있도록 하는 것이 국가와 지역사회, 그리고 기성세대의 책무일 것이다. 그러므로 노인의 범죄피해자화를 방지하기위한 노력은 사회복지정책적인 측면에서 보더라도 대단히 중요한 문제가 아닐 수 없다. 그러나 우리나라의 경우 범죄피해자에 대한 정책적․제도적으로 미흡한 실정에 있다. 따라서 이 연구에서는 노인의 개인적 특성에 따른 범죄두려움에 영향을 미치는 요인을 파악하기 위해 실증적인 조사를 통하여 구체적인 내용을 확인하였다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 노인의 범죄피해의 두려움에 영향을 미치는 요소들에는 어떤 것들이 있는지를 실증적으로 검증하여 보았다. 노인의 개인적 특성인 성별, 연령, 학력, 질병, 소득수준, 거주형태, 거주유형, 동거유형, 범죄예방노력정도 등 9개의 독립변수와 종속변수인 범죄피해의 두려움의 차이에 대하여 t검증과 F검증을 실시한 결과 거주형태를 제외한 다른 8개의 변수는 유의미한 차이가 확인되었다.
Abstract
Average life from scientific development and life elevation etc. of modern society is long and society is trend that is being graying gradually accordingly, and this trend is expected to be continued forward. Regarding this trend, scientific research about old man began to appear in the 1940s as a scientific field and study of old man's social side was proceeded continuously in biologic, psychologic study in gerontology. In the case of such old man's social side study, that bring tendency focusing on old man's crime damage mainly of old man crime until present is true. This tendency has been extravagant Social welfare factor that threaten old man's welfare, and to remove grasping what such Social welfare factor is may be point that remove criminal damage. Old man from country and local community as a social weak person protection it can be big region of interest of welfare policy that wish to go forward to welfare society must get right patronage. Therefore, to send safe society protecting old man who is our older person and parents from crime may be duty of country and local community, and older generation. In this study, confirmed specific content through positive investigation to grasp leading person affecting in experience because do crime damage by old man's individuation and points old man's crime damage and limit of current Administration of criminal justice confrontation for sufferer support on the basis of this and presented necessity of Social welfare confrontation and alternative as its conquest plan.
