본 연구는 IMF 경제 위기 이후 중소규모 운송물류업체들의 생존율이 어떠한 지를 파악하기 위해 생존분석을 이용하였다. 즉, 전체 운송물류 중소기업의 생존율과 위험률을 추정하였고, 특성별로 차이의 유의성을 검정하였다. 또한 어떤 변수들이 운송물류 중소기업의 생존 요인으로 고려될 수 있는지에 관한 탐색적 연구를 수행한 것이다. 본 연구의 결과 운송물류업체의 소재지, CEO의 성별, 종사기간 및 신기술사업자(기업혁신형 기업)의 요인에서는 생존율의 차이가 있었으나, 업종별, 종업원의 규모, 기업 형태별로는 차이가 없는 것으로 분석 되었다. 직접적인 요인에 관한 분석은 추후 연구과제로서 콕스의 비례위험모형 등을 들 수 있을 것이다. 본 연구는 중소규모 운송물류기업에 생존분석 기법을 적용하였다는 점에서 그 기여를 찾을 수 있다.
Abstract
This paper analyzes the survival rate of small & medium size-transportation logistics company after IMF by using survival analysis. In this article, after testing significance among characteristic factors and survival rate and hazard rate were estimated Also, exploratory research was performed for possible variables to be considered small and medium size transportation logistics company' survival factors. This research reveals that there are differences in survival rate among factors of locations of transportation logistics company, gender and working periods of CEOs, innovation oriented firm. However, there are no differences among the number of employees, types of company, business type. In the study, survival analysis technique has been employed to transportation logistics companies, based on which various applications related to logistics can be analyzed in a similar manner.
