교대근무 경찰공무원의 수면장애, 피로, 직무만족 및 삶의 질의 관계

이 연구의 목적은 교대근무 경찰공무원을 대상으로 수면장애, 피로, 직무만족 그리고 삶의 질의 관계를 파악하기 위한 것이다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 수행하기 위하여 수도권 지역의 경정 이하 계급의 교대근무 경찰공무원을 연구의 대상으로 하였다. 통계분석은 SPSS 18과 AMOS 18 통계패키지를 이용하여 구조방정식 모형을 적용하였고, 설정된 연구 분석틀에서 도출된 가설들에 관하여 공분산구조분석(Analysis of Covariance Structures)을 실시하여 검증하였다. 연구의 결과를 살펴보면, 분석결과 교대근무 경찰공무원의 수면장애는 피로도를 높이고 직무만족의 저해하는 요인으로 나타났으며, 나아가 교대근무 경찰공무원의 삶의 질에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지는 않았으나 총효과에서 부정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이와 같은 연구의 결과는 교대근무 경찰공무원의 삶의 질에 대한 이해와 증진을 위한 프로그램 개발의 기초 자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between sleep disorder, fatigue, job satisfaction and quality of life of police shift-worker. The sample included 282 police shift-worker in the metropolitan area. Reliability test for each item was conducted to analyze an organizational relationship between those factors, and then analysed the factors of each item with confirmatory factor analysis. Data was analyzed by descriptive statistics with SPSS WIN 18 program. To verify the fitness of the hypothetic model, AMOS 18 program was used. The effect of the predictable variables on life quality in the modification model, the result showed that job satisfaction had positive direct effects whereas fatigue had a negative direct effect. It was statistically valid. These variables can be used for the base data to the development of a program for better understanding and further improvement of the subjective life quality of police shift-workers
