초록
직무소진은 직무스트레스가 지속되어 발생되는 것이다. 최근에 언론과 많은 연구에서 강조되고 있는 직무소진은 신체나 정신적인 피로감으로 인해 무기력증, 자기혐오, 직무거부 등의 부정적 증상이 나타난다. 이 연구에서는 부정적 결과를 유발하는 직무소진에 대하여 일선 지구대와 파출소에서 근무하는 지역경찰공무원들의 직무스트레스의 상대적 영향력을 분석하는데 목적이 있다. 연구결과 직무스트레스 중 조직체계변수를 제외한 모든 하위요인이 직무소진에 정(+)적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 직무소진을 증가시킬 수 있는 변수들인 직무스트레스 요인의 상대적 영향력을 평가한 결과 직무불안(β=.312), 직무요구(β=.248), 보상부적절(β=.173), 직장문화(β=.169), 관계갈등(β=.107), 마지막으로 직무자율성 결여(β=.105)의 순으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 지역경찰공무원의 다양한 역할의 증대로 인한 직무불안과 직무요구가 증가되고 이로 인한 보상이 부적절하다고 느끼는 경찰공무원들이 직무소진을 많이 느끼는 것으로 보인다.
Abstract
The Purpose of the study was to analyze the relative influence of job stress on police officers’s burnout. The study sorted out the data for 489 police officers working in seoul police box, and analyzed the data by a hierarchical regression analysis method. The results showed a positive influences of job stress on burnout. but no positive influences of organizational systems on burnout. The relative impact of job stress on burnout is Job insecurity(β=.312), job demands (β = .248), inappropriate rewards (β = .173), workplace culture (β = .169), relationship conflict (β = .107), lack of job autonomy (The β = .105). The role of police officers has become various. so the job demands of police officers is increased. But he/she feel not appropriate compensation. These police officers’s burnout is high.
