경비지도사의 직무와 선임에 대한 의식조사 연구

Abstract

Security instructor system was introduced on december 1995. The system is to instruct, manage, educate security guards and improve their professionalism. But security instructor system is lacking evaluation on whether it is fitting its intended purpose. Thus this study has conducted a survey on security instructor. The study proposes improvement on security instructor‘s duty, supplement education, appointment standard and part-time appointment. First, security instructor’s performance duty should be once a month. security instructor needs to state authority. Second, security instructor’s supplementary education should be done more than once a year. The supplementary education should be done under the korean security instructor association. Third, security instructor appointment standard needs to be revised and adjoining regulation should be deleted. Fourth, society would be secured with proper work of security instructor and it will support the overall private security industry. Therefore the changes of security instructor system discussed in the study needs revision.
