유럽연합(EU)은 제조업체의 제품수거와 재활용을 의무화 하는 엄격한 환경관련 규제조치를 취하고 있으며 국내에서도 생산자 책임 재활용제도를 시행하고 있다. 이에 따라 제조업체는 규제의 회피 및 고객의 욕구를 충족하기 위해 회수물류의 중요성을 인식하고 있으며 회수물류의 전략적 활용방안을 구축하고자 노력하고 있다.본 연구에서는 회수물류의 중요성을 확인하고 환경물류와의 차이점을 통해 판매유통물류(Forward Logistics)와 회수물류(Reverse Logistics)의 차이점은 무엇이며, 회수물류의 전략적 활용을 위한 의사결정시 고려해야할 전략적 고려요인은 무엇인가 살펴보았다.
Abstract
More and more industries are discovering that they should be more to be proactive on environmental issues.They've found that it makes good business sense to recycle and reuse, remanufacture, return their products after consumers have consumed with them. Many differences between forward and reverse flows of logistics systems are presented.In the basis of above factor, this study illustrates the strategic consideration factors for application method of reverse logistics The strategic consideration factors must help some companies overcome some of inefficiencies in managing reverse logistics Reverse logistics will become power and great potential for winning consumers in a more competitive context in the future.
