환경에 대한 관심과 보호를 위한 각종 규제는 지구상에서 가장 공통적인 관심사 중에 하나가 되고 있다. 이에 따라 환경에 부정적인 영향을 직접 및 간접적으로 미치는 다양한 로지스틱스 분야도 환경친화적인 물류활동을 체계적으로 실시할 수 있는 시스템을 시급히 구축해야만 할 것이다. 특별히, 선진국의 경우 환경친화적 물류활동을 실질적으로 구현하기 위하여 여러 분야에서 역물류(reverse logistics) 활동이 실시되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 역물류 활동 중에서 특별히 소비자 주변에서 직접적으로 발생하며 그 중요성이 점점 더 커지고 있는 반품처리에 관한 물류활동인 반품물류시스템을 여러 사례들의 연구를 통하여 그 역할의 변화와 발전해온 과정을 다양한 모델별로 분석하였다.
Abstract
Environmental issue is drawing more attention from all over the world. Logistics activities creating negative effects to environment should be systematically performed in order to implement environmentally conscious logistics activities. Particularly, reverse logistics has been developed at several areas from advanced countries for achieving environmentally conscious logistics activities. In this paper, we present several models of reverse logistics systems each representing the special situation for returns by analyzing the corresponding cases to illustrate how reverse logistics systems for returns are developed and conducted and also to understand the reverse logistics systems for better implementing properly.
