Fuzzy-AHP를 적용한 공 컨테이너의 효율적인 수급조절 방안의 우선순위 분석

효율적인 공 컨테이너의 운영 관리는 선사의 경쟁력과 생산성을 제고하는 중요한 요인으로 인식되어 오늘날 선사의 중요한 경영 목표의 하나가 되고 있다. 본 연구는 효율적인 수급조절을 위한 방안의 우선순위를 도출하기 위하여 국내외 주요선사의 공 컨테이너 관련 업무 전문가를 대상으로 설문을 수행하였다. 각 측정영역과 측정요인은 문헌 및 전문가 인터뷰를 통해 선정하였고, 합리적인 의사결정 방법인 Fuzzy -AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)기법을 적용하여 가중치를 계산하고 우선순위를 선정 하였다. 각 측정영역별로 측정요인에 대한 상대적 중요도를 살펴 본 결과, 재고 및 수요량 정보수집 영역에서는 Port, 지역별 재고 현황 파악(유입, 유출 고려), 수급계획 영역은 컨테이너 선박의 경로를 고려한 공 컨테이너 재배치, 수급관리 영역에서는 임대업체를 활용한 컨테이너 Lease가 가장 중요한 요인으로 선정되었다.
Abstract
This paper is aimed at a priority analysis for efficient supply and demand control plan of empty container. The research model was designed through Fuzzy-AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) methodology. The model was established by exploiting a fuzzy theory and AHP for capturing the inexactness and vagueness of information. In this study, measurement areas were selected for information gathering of inventory and demand aspect, supply and demand plan aspect, and supply and demand management aspect. The information gathering of inventory and demand aspect is the highest priority in the considering stock status by port & regional(39.2%), the supply and demand plan aspect is the highest priority in the relocation of empty container(40.4%) and the supply and demand management aspect is the highest priority in the container lease(29.9%). In the result of the comprehensive analysis applying global weight, The most important element of the efficient supply and demand control of empty container was a considering stock status by port & regional.
