울산지역 자동차 부품 산업의 수출입 공급망 분석

연구는 울산지역의 자동차 부품 수출입 데이터 분석을 통해 울산의 자동차 부품 산업의 공급망 현안을 분석하였다. 베이지안 네트워크 방법론을 활용하여 울산의자동차 부품 TRASS(Trade Statistics Service) 데이터를 분석함으로써 울산지역의자동차 부품 공급망 특성을 파악하였다. 주요 교역국, 연도별, 품목별, 운송수단, 항만/공항별 수출액 금액 분포를 산출하여, i) 울산지역 자동차 생산을 위한 부품 수입공급망 점검하고, ii) 항만/공항 및 운송수단을 중심으로 울산의 자동차 부품 수출입공급망을 분석하였다. 울산지역 자동차 부품 산업의 수출입 공급망 모델에 다양한변수를 설정하여 공급망의 안정성과 유연성을 확보할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study analyses the auto parts industry and supply chain issues in Ulsan through the analysis of import and export data of auto parts in the Ulsan region. The multi-year time series of imports and exports of auto parts in Ulsan were analysed using Bayesian network methodology to identify the characteristics of the auto parts supply chain system in Ulsan by analysing TRASS (Trade Statistics Service) data. Based on the distribution of export value by major trading partners, year, part, mode of transport, and port/airport, we analysed: i) the supply chain of importing parts for automobile production in Ulsan, and ii) the supply chain of exporting and importing automobile parts in Ulsan, focusing on port/airport and mode of transport. This study suggests ways to enhance the stability and flexibility of the supply chain by establishing export and import as variables in the import-export supply chain of the auto parts industry in Ulsan.
