대인관계 집단치료(IPT-G)가 우울 경향이 있는 청소년의 우울감소, 분노조절 및 자살사고 감소에 미치는 효과

초록

본 연구에서는 대인관계 집단치료(IPT-G)가 우울경향이 있는 청소년들의 우울감소, 분노조절 및 자살사고 감소에 미치는 효과를 검증하였다. 전북지역 소재 고등학생 250명에게 한국판 Beck의 우울 척도, 상태-특성 분노 표현 척도, 자살사고 척도를 실시하였고, 이를 토대로 18명의 참가자로 선정하여 대인관계 집단치료 집단에 9명, 대기통제집단에 9명씩 무선할당 하였다. 대인관계 집단치료(IPT-G)는 총 8회기에 걸쳐 진행되었다. 프로그램 종료 후 사후 조사가 실시되었고 5주 후 추적 조사가 이루어졌다. 그 결과, 치료집단이 대기통제집단보다 우울과 자살사고가 더 감소되었고, 분노조절은 대기통제집단 보다 더 향상되었으며, 프로그램 종료 후 자살사고는 대인관계 집단치료 집단과 대기통제집단 사이에 유의한 차이가 없었으나 추적 조사까지 그 효과가 유지되었다. 마지막으로, 본 연구의 의의와 제한점 및 추후 연구에 대한 제언이 논의되었다.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of Effects of Interpersonal Psychotherapy for Group (IPT-G) on Depression Decrease, Anger Control, and Suicidal Ideation Decrease of Depression-prone Adolescents. A total of 250 students of a highschool located in Chonbuk province completed the Beck Depression Inventory-Korean version(K-BDI), State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory-Korean Version (STAXI-K) and Scale for Suicidal Ideation(SSI). Eighteen participants who selected by those scales were random assignment of 9 participants in the IPT-G group and 9 in the control group. IPT-G program was administered for 8 sessions. All participants completed the Beck Depression Inventory-Korean versio(K-BDI), State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory-Korean Version(STAXI-K) and Scale for Suicidal Ideation(SSI) at pre-test, post-test, and at the 5­weeks follow-up. The results of this study were as follows: depression and suicidal ideation were decreased in the therapy group more than in the control group, and anger control was increased in the therapy group. Finally, the implications and the limitations of this study, and the suggestions for future study were also discussed.
