Abstract

According to survey results, it has been found OJT is not performed properly in skin care shops with smaller number of workers than those with more workers. In addition, unlike skin care shops at hospitals where technical training and skin knowledge training are well conducted in balance, the results showed private, franchise shops and skin care shops in hotels and resorts focus more on technical training. Accordingly, it is necessary to design and facilitate retraining programs for small sized skin care shops and conduct skin knowledge training programs in depth, which fall short compared to technical training, thereby not only improving the capabilities of skin estheticians but also contributing to the development of skin care market.
