본 연구는 헤어미용사의 근무특성에 따른 직장폭력 경험과 직장폭력경험 후 반응 및 대처방식을 알아보고 그 결과를 헤어살롱의 폭력예방, 경감의 실효성 있는 대책마련의 기초자료로 제공하고자 실시하였다. 대상자는 헤어미용사이며 설문조사방식을 채택하여 자료를 수집하였다. 수집된 총 320부의 자료를 SPSS 21.0 프로그램을 사용하여 신뢰도와 타당도 검증, 빈도분석, 요인분석, ANOVA, 다중회귀분석을 적용하여 분석하였다. 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 근무특성에 따른 폭력경험은 미용경력, 근무형태, 일에 대한 만족여부에 따라 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 직장폭력경험은 폭력경험 후 감정불안반응, 신체불안반응, 관계불안반응에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 직장폭력경험은 직장폭력대처 중 문제중심대처, 정서중심대처에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 헤어미용사의 안전한 업무환경마련과 폭력예방을 위한 교육, 폭력대처방법에 대한 프로그램개발을 위한 기초자료로 활용되기를 바란다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to find out the workplace violence experience and response and coping methods after workplace violence experience according to the work characteristics of hairdressers and to provide the results as basic data of effective countermeasure for prevention and mitigation of violence in hair salons. The subject was hairdresser and survey method was used to collect data. The total data of 320 pages collected were analyzed using SPSS 21.0 by applying frequency analysis, factor analysis, ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis after verification of reliability and validity. The analysis results are as follows. First, the experience of violence according to the characteristics of work varies depending on the experience of beauty, type of work, and satisfaction with the work. Second, workplace violence experience has been shown to have a positive influence on emotional, physical, and relationship anxiety reactions after violent experience. Third, workplace violence experiences have been found to have a positive influence on problem-oriented treatment and emotional-centered treatment among workplace violence agents. The results of this study are hoped to be used as basic data for the development of programs on hairdressers' safe working environment, education for preventing violence, and methods for dealing with violence.
