학술지-연구자 관계를 통한 평생교육 학술연구 생태계의 불평등성 분석

연구목적: 본 연구의 목적은 평생교육 학술연구 생태계의 불평등성을 파악하기 위하여 학술지와 연구자간 관계를 분석하는 것으로 설정되었다. 연구방법: 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 한국학술지인용색인의 등재학술지 중 평생교육 전문학술지 9개의 게재 논문 전체를 수집하였다. 9개 학술지에 논문을 게재한 연구자 중 3편 이상 게재한 429명의 논문 게재 정보를 분석하였다. 자료 분석을 위하여 빈도 분석, 사회연결망 분석을 활용하였다. 연구결과: 분석결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 빈도 분석결과, 일부 학술지에서 일부 연구자의 논문이 집중되어 게재되는 현상이 존재하였다. 또한 1개 학술지에만 논문을 게재한 연구자가 107명으로 분석 대상 429명의 1/4를 차지하였다. 둘째, 사회연결망 분석결과, 9개 학술지와 연구자는 2개의 하위집단으로 구분되었다. 그리고 집단내 연구자 비율이 두 집단 모두 60%를 넘었다. 논의 및 결론: 연구결과는 평생교육 연구분야의 불평등성을 보여주었다. 다만 불평등성의 수준이 심각한 수준은 아니었다.
Abstract
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the inequality in academic ecosystem through analyzing the researcher-journal relations in lifelong education in Korea. Method: For the purpose, the articles that published in 9 Korean journals were all collected. The 9 journals were listed by Korea Citation Index(KCI). The data about 429 authors who published more than 3 articles in the 9 journals were analyzed. Frequency analysis, power law analysis and social networks analysis were used for the data. Results: Through these analyses, the findings were as follows: First, according to the frequency analysis, some authors’ articles were largely concentrated in some journals. Also the authors who published their articles in a journal was 107, which was a quarter of 429 authors. Second, according to the social network analysis, there were 2 sub-groups. And in-group researcher ratio of 2 groups was all over 60%. Conclusion: These results showed inequality of journal-researcher relation in the academic field of lifelong education. But the level of inequality was not serious.
