진로목표추구행동 발달 궤적, 관련 예측변인 및 결과변인 : 사회인지진로모형에 근거하여

초록

연구목적: 이 연구의 목적은 사회인지진로이론에 기초하여, 청소년의 진로목표추구행동의 발달 궤적을 파악하고, 관련 예측변인 및 결과변인을 밝히는 것을 목적으로 하였다. 연구방법: 진로목표추구행동 발달 궤적 파악을 위해 KELS 2005 5차년도(2009년)(고3), 7차년도(2011년)(대2), 9차년도(2013년)(대4)의 자료를 분석에 사용하였으며, 관련 예측변인 및 결과변인 탐색을 위해 분석을 위해 성장혼합모형(growth mixture modeling, GMM) 분석방법을 이용하였다. 연구결과: 첫째, 진로목표추구행동 발달 궤적은 ‘저수준-유지 유형’, ‘초기 고수준-저증가 유형’, ‘초기 저수준-고증가 유형’, ‘초기 고수준-고감소 유형’의 네 가지로 나타났다. 둘째, 진로목표추구행동 발달 궤적의 구분에 유의한 영향을 미치는 요인으로 개인특성 및 상황적 정서 범주에서 무동기, 사회적 맥락 변인 범주에서 성별, 인적교류, 사회인지 변인 범주에서 결과기대가 나타났다. 반면에 노력과 끈기, 개방적 태도, 부모지지 및 자기효능감의 유의한 영향은 나타나지 않았다. 셋째, 진로목표추구행동 발달 궤적별로 진로만족, 삶의 만족, 생활스트레스 및 진로미결정 수준에 유의한 차이가 있었다. 논의 및 결론: 연구결과, 진로목표추구행동 발달 궤적의 유형, 관련 예측변인 및 결과변인이 확인되었다.

Abstract

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify developmental trajectories of adolescents’ career goal intention behavior and how they are associated with social cognitive career predictors and outcomes, grounded in social cognitive career theory. Method: Using the KELS 2005(Korea Education Longitudinal Study 2005) panel data from the 5th(11th grade), 7th(freshman in university), and 9th(junior in university), A growth mixture modeling was used to identify developmental trajectories. Results: First, four distinct developmental trajectories of goal intention behavior emerged: ‘low-level maintenance type’, ‘initial-high, low-increase type’, ‘initial-low, high-increase type’ and ‘initial-high, high-reduction type’ based on the change of goal intention behavior. Second, multinomial logistic analysis results indicated that amotivation, gender, human exchange, outcome expectations had a significant effect on each latent trajectory classes, whereas grit, openness, parent’s social support, Self-efficacy did not have not a significant effect on any latent trajectory classes. Third, in examining how different developmental trajectories were associated with career satisfaction, life satisfaction, life stress and career indecision, there was a significant difference between career satisfaction, life satisfaction, life stress and career indecision between each latent trajectory class. Conclusion: Developmental trajectories of adolescents’ career goal intention behavior and their social cognitive career predictors and outcomes were identified.
