순서형 로짓 모형을 이용한 수요 응답형 대중교통(DRT) 이용자 만족도 분석

본 연구는 도입 초기인 수요 응답형 대중교통(DRT)의 상용화를 위해, 현재 DRT를 이용 중인 승객을 대상으로 진행한 설문조사 결과를 토대로 DRT의 이용자 만족도에 영향을 주는 요인을 파악하였다. 분석 자료는 경상남도 사천시, 통영시, 고성군의 DRT 이용객 600명을 대상으로 진행한 설문조사 결과를 활용하였으며 ‘순서형 로짓 모형’을 이용하여 이용자 만족도 영향 요인을 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 자가용 보유 여부, 이용 목적(병원진료, 시장보기), 차량 대기시간 만족도, 그리고 서비스 만족도가 DRT의 이용자 만족도에 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한, 세부 서비스 항목별 만족도에 대한 요인분석을 통해 추출한 ‘이용 편의성’, ‘서비스 균등성’, ‘차내 환경 쾌적성’, ‘운영 시스템 적절성’의 네 가지 요인들도 DRT의 이용자 만족도에 유의한 영향을 주는 것으로 분석되었다. 본 연구는 국내 상용화가 진행 중인 DRT의 실제 이용자 만족도 영향 요인을 DRT의 유형별로 조사 및 분석한 것에 의의가 있다. 그러나 만족도 조사지역과 DRT의 유형이 한정된 점, 비교군이 없어 만족도의 정확성이 떨어지는 점에서 한계가 있으며, 추후 조사지역을 다양화하고 DRT 유형을 세분화한 후속 연구가 필요하다.
Abstract
This study was conducted to identify the key factors that influence satisfaction with Demand-Responsive Transit (DRT) in its early stages of implementation in Korea. A survey was conducted among current DRT passengers in Gyeongsangnam-do, with the goal of facilitating the commercialization of DRT services. The analysis, based on data collected from 600 DRT users, employed ordered logit models to identify the factors influencing overall satisfaction. The model results demonstrated that private vehicle ownership, trip purpose, satisfaction with vehicle waiting time, and satisfaction with invehicle services significantly affected the overall satisfaction with DRT services. Moreover, it was found that four factors extracted through factor analysis of satisfaction with specific service aspects - 'convenience of use,' 'service equity,' 'comfort within the vehicle environment,' and 'appropriateness of the operating system' - also significantly influence the overall satisfaction of DRT. However, this study was limited by the scope of the surveyed areas and the types of DRT under consideration. Therefore, a larger sample size would be necessary to draw more reliable conclusions in the future.
