본 연구의 목적은 경제적 요인, 특히 거주주택관련 경제적 요인이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향을살펴보되, 소득계층(저소득가구, 일반가구)과 세대별(가구주 연령 50세 미만가구, 50세 이상가구)에 따른차이를 함께 살펴보는 것이다. 이를 위해 2016 한국복지패널 자료를 사용하여 다중회귀분석을실시하였으며 주요 분석결과에 기초한 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자기소유의 집에서 거주한다는 것은 전반적인 생활만족도를 비롯하여 하위영역 생활만족도에긍정적인 영향을 끼치는 것으로 나타났다. 다만, 가족관계, 사회적친분관계, 여가생활만족도의 경우, 50세미만가구에서는 영향력이 나타나지 않았다. 임차가구 내에서도 전세와 월세가 생활만족도에 끼치는영향력은 서로 다르게 나타났으며, 전반적 생활만족도를 비롯하여, 주거환경, 가족관계, 가족수입, 여가생활만족도에서 전세와 월세 간의 차이가 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 둘째, 거주주택가격/임대차보증금 요인은 주거환경만족도에만 모든 가구에서 긍정적인 영향력을보였으며, 주택관련 부채 요인이 생활만족도에 미치는 영향은 저소득가구에서만 부정적으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경상소득은 전반적 생활만족도를 비롯한 모든 하위영역 생활만족도에 긍정적 영향력을 보였다. 다만, 저소득가구에서는 영향을 전혀 끼치지 않는 것으로 나타났으며, 50세 미만가구에서는 전반적생활만족도, 가족수입, 직업만족도에서만 긍정적 영향력을 보였다. 그리고 거주주택관련 외 총부동자산은일반가구와 50세 이상가구에서 전반적 생활만족도, 가족수입만족도, 여가생활만족도에 긍정적 영향력을보였다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to find influencing economic factors, especially dwelling house related economic factors on life satisfaction. Data were drawn from 2016 Korea Welfare Panel Study, and 6,486 householders were selected. Subject households were composed of low-income household 41.7% and middlehigh-income households 58.3%, and age under 50 25.7% and age 50 or more 74.3%. Date were analyzed by multiple regression, and main results were as follows. First, living in their own home showed very strong positive impact on both general life satisfaction and sub-categorical life satisfaction. However, in households of age under 50, ‘living in their own home’ factor did not show significant impact on family relations, socially close relations, and leisure life satisfactions. The influencing power of two types of lease home, ‘key money deposit’ and ‘monthly rent’, were showed differently on both general life satisfaction, living environment, family relations, household income, and leisure life satisfactions. Second, the factor of market price(including key money deposit) of living home influenced on only living environment satisfaction, and the factor of debt related living home showed negative impact on only low-income households for both general life satisfaction and sub-categorical life satisfaction. Third, annual household income showed positive impact on both general life satisfaction and sub-categorical life satisfaction for every households, except low-income households. And for age under 50 households, annual household income showed positive impact on general life satisfaction, household income satisfaction, and job satisfaction. The factor of real estate except living home showed positive impact on general life satisfaction, household income satisfaction, and leisure satisfaction for only non-low income households and age 50 or more households.
