【 】본 연구에서는 일본기업의 발탁 특성이 무엇인지를 고찰해보고자 한다 본 연구에 대한 분석결과는 다음과 같이 요약할 수 있다 첫째 발탁은 경제 불황 시기에 따라 의 개인적 특성뿐만 아니라직급순위에도 영향을 미친다는 것이다 둘째 발탁은 직급순위 정도에 따라 발탁대상 비율이 다르게 나타난다는 것이다 셋째 발탁은발탁경험 유무에 따라 직급순위 비율이 다르게 나타난다는 것이다 따라서 본 연구를 통해 한국기업의 경영자들은 일본기업의 경영자교체에 따른발탁에 대해 새롭게 인식할 수 있는 계기를 마련하였다 지금까지일본기업은 내부승진시스템을 통해 로 선임하는 경우가 대부분을 차지하였지만 경기흐름의 기폭이 심할 때는 외부조직에서 발탁을 통해 경영혁신을 도모한다는 사실을 알 수 있었다핵심어 【 】 일본기업 경영자교체 발탁
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to review the direction of desirable CEO Selection in the future and to understand its characteristics based on a data of 'CEO Selection List' published in Japan. The summary of this study follows. First, the company considers CEO's characteristics and rank differently according to economic situation as a criteria for the CEO selection. Second, the portion of CEO selection is affected by the rank of the candidate. Third, CEO selection is affected by whether candidate has the experience of CEO. This study helps the manager of Korean company to see the CEO selection in Japan with different respect. The companies in Japan have inclination to have inner promotion for the CEO. However, when they have difficult economical situation, they employ CEO form outer candidate for the innovative management.
