본 연구는 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향에서 문제해결능력과 그릿의 매개효과를 분석하는데 있다. 연구 방법은 전북 특별자치도 4개 학교 간호학과 3~4학년 390명을 대상으로, SPSS 29.0와 AMOS 29.0을 활용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력은 임상수행능력에 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 자기주도 학습능력은 문제해결능력과 그릿에 각각 직접적으로 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 문제해결능력은 임상수행능력에 유의한 영향을 미쳤으나, 문제해결능력은 그릿에 유의한 영향을 미치지 않았고, 그릿은 임상수행능력에 유의한 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 자기주도 학습능력이 임상수행능력에 미치는 영향에서 문제해결능력과. 그릿은 매개효과가 있었다. 셋째, 간호대학생의 자기주도 학습능력은 문제해결능력과 그릿을 이중 매개하여 임상수행능력에 유의미한 영향을 미치지 않았다. 자기주도 학습을 통해 임상수행능력을 향상시키 위한 이중 매개인 문제해결능력과 그릿은 통계학적으로 의미있는 영향을 미치지 않기 때문에 간호대학생들의 임상수행능력 수준을 높이기 위해서는 그릿의 수준을 높이는 방안을 구체적으로 마련해야한다
Abstract
This study is to analyze the mediating effect of problem-solving ability and grit in the effect of self-directed learning ability of nursing students on clinical performance ability. The research method was analyzed using SPSS 29.0 and AMOS 29.0 targeting 390 nursing students in the 3rd and 4th grades of Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province. The research results are as follows. First, the self-directed learning ability of nursing students did not directly affect clinical performance ability. Self-directed learning ability had a direct significant effect on problem-solving ability and grit, respectively. Problem-solving ability had a significant effect on clinical performance ability, but problem-solving ability did not significantly affect grit, and grit had a significant effect on clinical performance ability. Second, in the effect of self-directed learning ability on clinical performance ability, problem-solving ability and grit had a mediating effect. Third, the self-directed learning ability of nursing students did not have a significant effect on clinical performance ability by double mediating problem-solving ability and grit. Since problem-solving ability and grit, which are dual mediators to improve clinical performance through self-directed learning, do not have a statistically significant effect, it is necessary to come up with specific measures to increase the level of grit in order to increase the level of clinical performance of nursing students.
