본 연구는 놀이치료자의 심리적 소진 회복과정을 이해하기 위해서 심리내적인 변화과정을 살펴보았다. 연구 대상자는 심리적 소진 회복과정을 경험한 경력 5년 이상의 놀이치료자 15인이 참여하였으며. 분석방법은 질적 연구 방법론 중 근거이론이다. 놀이치료자의 심리적 소진 회복과정을 심층적으로 분석한 결과, 심리내적인 변화과정과 영향을 주는 요인, 요인들 간의 상호작용을 발견하였다. 놀이치료자들은 심리적 소진 회복과정을 경험하면서 개인적인 성장과 전문가 역할의 재정립을 이루었다. 놀이치료자들은 내담아동과의 유대감을 경험하고 내담아동의 성장과 변화를 발견하였을 때 회복과정이 촉진되었다. 놀이치료자들은 심리적 소진과 회복과정을 재경험 하면서 자기 돌봄이 가능해졌고 성장과 성숙을 이루었다. 본 연구는 놀이치료자들에게 심리적 소진의 회복과정에 관한 경험을 이해하는데 기초자료로써 활용할 수 있다는 의의가 있다. 또한 본 연구는 놀이치료자의 심리적 소진의 회복과정에 영향을 미치는 요인과 회복의 의미, 회복 요소를 밝혔고 놀이치료자의 심리적 소진의 회복과정에 관한 실체 이론을 생성하였다.
Abstract
This study explores the psychological change process to understand the experience of psychological burnout recovery among play therapists. Fifteen play therapists, each with over five years of experience and having undergone psychological burnout recovery, participated in the study. Utilizing grounded theory as the analysis method within qualitative research methodologies, this study delved deeply into the psychological burnout recovery process of these professionals. The analysis revealed interactions between psychological changes, influencing factors, and the ways in which play therapists re-established their personal growth and professional roles through the recovery process. This study also revealed the factors affecting the recovery process of psychological exhaustion of play therapy patients, the meaning of recovery, and recovery factors, and created a substantive theory on the recovery process of psychological exhaustion of play therapy patients.
