This study analyzes semantic component of Thai heating cuisine verbs. Data used in this study was collected from 'khlang kham(2550)'. The result of the analysis shows that there are 20 heating cuisine verbs, Based on a componential analysis of the meaning of all the thai heating cuisine verbs, 8 dimensions of contrast were found. The 8 dimensions are 'heating power', 'water', 'oil', 'the way of heat conduction', 'time', 'equipment', 'steam' and 'purpose'.
