최근 들어 노동시장에 있어서 전체근로자 중 비정규직 근로자가 차지하는 비중이 계속 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이와 같은 상황에서 비정규직 근로자의 실태와 차별적 처우에 대한 사회적 관심이 확산됨에 따라 비정규직 근로자에 대한 논의가 많이 진행되고 있지만, 이직률이 높은지와 몰입도가 낮은지와 같은 비정규직 근로자의 활용 문제 및 비정규직 근로자가 생산성이 낮은지에 대한 답을 구하려는 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 비정규직 근로자의 조직몰입도에 영향을 미칠 수 있는 요인들과의 관계를 실증분석하고, 개선방안을 제시하여 비정규직 근로자의 조직몰입도를 향상시켜 효율적으로 활용하는데 기여하고자 하는 데에 연구의 목적을 두고 있다. 연구 결과로 비정규직 근로자를 적극적으로 동기부여시키고 생산성을 높이기 위해서는 이에 대한 공정한 행정 및 정책적 방향과 관리 제도를 수립해야 할 필요가 있다는 점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
Recently the number of non-regular worker among all the workers is on the increase. In this situation, as a lot of social interest in a variety of problems related to non-regular workers, such as discriminating treatment and real condition, has spread, there have been lively discussions on this subject. In other words, a lot of researchers have investigated some problems on the efficient management of non-regular workers, namely, quitting one's job, commitment to one's job, and productivity of labor. Accordingly, the purpose of this job is to analyze the relationship among some factors affecting the organizational commitment of non-regular workers, and suggest the improving program to promote the organizational commitment of non-regular workers for more efficient management. Consequently, the result shows that to enhance non-regular workers' motivation and productivity a fairly political direction and management method should be established.
