북한의 수산업 현황과 효율적인 남북협력 방안

Abstract

The field of fishery has a condition that North and South Korea can make a score through cooperation, having seriously no consideration for political situation between two-Koreas. One of the conditions is the fact that the human encounter between two-Koreas can be minimized since the place of cooperation is the open sea. South Korea invest vessel and a fishing equipment, and North Korea provide sea near border line for fishing. The fishery of North Korea is almost devastated except fishing in near sea since the difficult economy can't provide fuel, ship and fishing instrument with fishermen. The illegal fishery of China is rampant in the territorial seas of North Korea, crossing over its border. The fishery of South Korea also has been a serious condition because of excessive fishing, pollution of sea, and fishery agreement with China and Japan. It is inevitable that two Koreas have to overcome their serious situations of fishery through cooperation.
