남과 북은 탈냉전이라는 국제체제의 변화에도 불구하고 여전히 갈등과 대립을 지속하고 있다. 이러한 갈등은 구조화 되었고, 구조 속 갈등은 군사화 된 형태를 띠며 재생산되고 있다. 일반적으로 갈등은 양립할 수 없는 유ㆍ무형의 특정 목표 및 이익을 둘러싼 충돌을 의미하며, 이는 행위자 간 상호작용을 전제로 한다. 그런데 서로에 대한 적대적 인식이 양립 불가능한 목표를 둘러싸고 확대 재생산 및 장기 지속되면, 갈등의 본질은 확대ㆍ왜곡되고, 대립은 첨예화된다. 남북한 간 양립 불가능한 유ㆍ무형 가치를 둘러싼 갈등은 정치ㆍ경제ㆍ사회ㆍ이념ㆍ영토 등 궁극적으로 통일이 되지 않고서는 해결되지 않는다. 이처럼 남북한 간 장기지속 된 갈등은 숙적관계로서 구조화되었다.
Abstract
The two Koreas are still continuing conflict in spite of post-Cold War as change of international system. This conflict has been structured. And the conflict in this structure has been reproduced as a militarized form. Generally the conflict means a collision about incompatible intangible or tangible specific goals and interests, which has assumed interaction between agents. By the way, if the hostile perception between agents about incompatible goals was expensive reproduced and long lasted, the nature of the conflict was distorted. And the confrontation between agents becomes violent. The Conflict of incompatible intangible or tangible values between the two Koreas will not be solved without the reunification of politics, economy, society, ideology, territories. Thus the long-lasting conflict between the two Koreas has structured as a rivalry.
