졸업학년 간호대학생의 학습몰입과 실습만족도의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과: 핵심간호술 실습 중심으로
The Mediating Effect of Self-Efficacy on the Relationship between Learning Flow and Practice Satisfaction among Senior Nursing Students: A Focus on Core Nursing Skills Practicum

본 연구는 핵심간호술 실습을 이수한 졸업학년 간호대학생의 학습몰입과 실습만족도의 관계에서 자기효능감의 매개효과를 규명하고자 수행되었으며 C시 소재 간호대학 4학년 학생 186명을 대상으로 2023년 9월 25일부터 30일까지 온라인 설문조사를 실시하였다. 자료는 SPSS Statistics 26.0과 PROCESS macro를 이용하여 분석하였으며, 매개효과 검증을 위해 부트스트래핑 방법을 사용하였다. 자기효능감은 학습몰입과 실습만족도의 관계를 부분 매개효과가 나타났으며(β=.197, 95% CI [.111~.280]), 이 모델은 실습만족도를 56.3%를 설명하였다(F=137.415, p<.001). 본 연구결과, 간호대학생의 핵심간호술 실습에서 학습몰입이 실습만족도에 미치는 영향에 자기효능감이 부분 매개 역할을 하는 것으로 확인되었다. 따라서 간호교육에서 학생들의 실습만족도를 향상시키기 위해서는 학습몰입을 증진시키는 동시에 자기효능감을 강화하는 교육 전략이 필요함을 시사한다.
Abstract
This study aimed to investigate the mediating effect of self-efficacy on the relationship between learning flow and practice satisfaction in core nursing skills integration practice among senior nursing students. A cross-sectional survey was conducted with 186 senior nursing students from a university in C city, South Korea, from September 25 to 30, 2023. Data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0 and PROCESS macro v3.4, with bootstrapping for mediation analysis. Self-efficacy partially mediated the relationship between learning flow and practice satisfaction (β=.197, 95% CI [.111, .280]). The model explained 56.3% of the variance in practice satisfaction (F=137.415, p<.001). Self-efficacy plays a crucial partial mediating role in the relationship between learning flow and practice satisfaction in core nursing skills integration practice. These findings suggest that nursing education strategies should focus on enhancing both learning flow and self-efficacy to improve students’ satisfaction with practical training.
