Abstract
The purpose of this study was to verify the effects of white blood cell, albumin and C-reactive protein by during 30 minutes aerobic exercise.None of them has any illness and use of any medication during the experiment. Twelve healthy males marathon club runners aged between 22-25 years. The subjects were moderately trained running between 35㎞ and 70㎞/week, and they were trained rnning between 3-6 days/week (Experiment group). The other subjects this study were 12 males who did not regular any excercise (Control group). The WBC, albumin and C-reactive protein were evaluated before and after during 30 minutes on treadmill running (60%-75% of HRmax). The present study showed that VO2max, distance of run in experiments group was higher than control group, there were significant differences between groups(p<.001). There was significant difference on serum total cholesterol (p<.05), HDL-C and LDL-C levels were no significant differences between groups. There were significant differences on WBC, serum albumin level between at each time (before, immediately after exercise, and recovery, p<.001, respectively). And there was significant difference on plasma CRP level between at each time, and there was lower on CRP level in experiment group than control group (p<.05). Consequently, the present study has demonstrated that increasing levels of regular physical activity and frequently exercise training may prevent or lower coronary heart disease (CHD) risk by reducing inflammatory markers.
